She spent two years providing therapeutic services and life skills training to adolescents at the University of Chicago prior to her work as a high school counselor. Currently she specializes in college counseling and post-secondary placement. Nichole attended Loyola University Chicago earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies. Moira has over 20 years of experience teaching 7-12 grade students, and she is a former Assistant Principal of one the top gifted centers in the state. Her career began in a 7-12 gifted center. After completing her Masters in Educational Administration, she transitioned into an Assistant Principal position. She has always incorporated organizational skills in her teaching style. Currently, she works with students on an individual basis. She helps with executive functioning skills, standardized test prep, and the college application process. Her clients are in grades six through college. Moira attended St. Mary’s of Notre Dame earning a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a minor in secondary education . She continued her education at University of Illinois, Chicago and earned a M. Sarah taught Social Studies and coached volleyball at the High School level for 15 years, with a focus on helping several types of learners develop and grow skills to prepare for college and beyond. As a teacher, Sarah always focused on research, writing, presentation skills, critical thinking, teamwork, problem solving, and goal setting, in addition to traditional Social Studies curriculum. A former NCAA Division I athlete, Sarah helps the student athlete craft the tools needed to become goal oriented, driven, and resilient. Sarah understands the juggling of the rigorous academic schedule, extracurricular activities, and recruiting at the college level. Organization is therefore paramount, and from organization comes success. Two years ago, Sarah changed careers and is currently a Performance Engineer at Northwestern Medicine in downtown Chicago. Sarah works in a fast paced, high-pressure environment where she implements lean philosophy to help create optimal standard processes throughout the healthcare system. Sarah attended Eastern Illinois University on a full athletic scholarship where she received several academic and athletic accolades while earning her a BA in Business with a minor in interior and fashion design. Her passion for coaching at the high school level led her to return to Lewis University to attain her BA in History, with a minor in Secondary Education as well as a Masters in Educational Leadership.
